I called SERVPRO to have my vents cleaned and I had no idea of mold spores that were covered by the dust on my vents. Once they came out they found signs of moisture around the vents. They tested the area and found actual mold growing around my vents! I was shocked! SERVPRO saved my family from breathing in mold! I will definitely be calling you guys again in the future! On the day of our scheduled appointment, Mr. Johnson arrived at the designated time and conducted a thorough inspection of the property. The estimator came on time and explained his findings and what needed to be done. He was very informative about mold and my situation. I had had 3 other mold remediation estimates and Michael was the most knowledgeable by far. He was also responsive to any concerns I had. Mold remediation: Dion and Sam showed up on time. They were both cordial and explained what they were going to do. I asked a lot of clarification questions which can get annoying yet they addressed each question patiently.
